Vegetables 80% (courgettes, tomato puree, pre-cooked aubergine in sunflower oil, red peppers, pre-cooked onions in sunflower oil), chicpeas, raisins (raisins, rapeseed oil), lemon juice, garlic 2%, preserved lemons 1.95%, extra virgin olive oil, ginger 0.6%, coriander, salt, rice starch, cumin. Produced in a factory that uses milk and celery.

Heating instructions

  • microMicrowave : Pierce the film several times. Heat on high for 1 min 30 seconds for one serving and 3 minutes for two servings (750W). Mix before serving.
  • casseroleSaucepan : Add the vegetable tagine with preserved lemons, garlic & ginger in your pan and heat for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.
