Peel the king prawns and leave to one side.
Peel the carrots and slice thinly lengthwise before cutting into hearts using a pastry cutter or knife.
Boil some lightly salted water in a saucepan and cook the carrots for 2 minutes. Remove them from the water and set them to one side on a plate.
Peel the mango and cut a thick slice, then cut this into cubes.
Put the butter in a frying pan and cook the prawns with salt and pepper. Once the prawns turn red, add the diced mango and add the carrot hearts at the end of the cooking process.
Heat the Créaline Potato Mash as indicated on the packaging. Once the mash is hot, take a ring and spread the mash inside it. Place 3 prawns on top, before adding the mango cubes and the carrot hearts.
